Like I've been saying recently the UK RnB scene is looking like its going to have a strong 2008. I think last year wasn't that great and 2006 was very strong! Another name to keep an eye out for is E C whose vocals you may remember from Soundboy Entertainment's smash single "Never Wanna Say Goodbye". Well he's back with a hot new single called "All I C" have a listen below.
