Now personally I thought on the whole the nominations were fantastic, although there are 2 key albums/artists missing for me. No nominations for Joe or Brian McKnight?? I thought both had fantastic albums this year! I wanna hear who you guys think will win each category....drop a reply in the comments box with your thoughts on each one!! I'll big up everyone in a February post who correctly picks a winner!

The nominations this year are fantastic. I cant remember seeing so many talented artists. If only other ceremonies could take a leaf out of the Grammy's book.
My tips for winners:
Best Female R&B Vocal Performance
(For a solo vocal performance. Singles or Tracks only.)
Alicia Keys - No One will win it but for me Chrisette Michele - If I Have My Way
Best Male R&B Vocal Performance
(For a solo vocal performance. Singles or Tracks only.)
Ne-Yo - Because Of You
Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals
(For duo, group or collaborative performances, with vocals. Singles or Tracks only.)
Rihanna Featuring Ne-Yo - Hate That I Love You will win it, for me though it goes to Angie Stone Featuring Betty Wright - Baby
Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance
(For solo, duo, group or collaborative performances, with vocals. Singles or Tracks only.)
Gerald Levert - In My Songs
Best Urban/Alternative Performance
(For solo, duo, group or collaborative performances, with vocals. Singles or Tracks only.)
Id give it to Dwele - That’s The Way Of The World but Lupe Fiasco Featuring Jill Scott - Daydreamin' will probably scoop it.
