Played this one last night on my BBC Radio 1Xtra RnB Show and I think this tune is maddd catchy and could easily blow. This year Bobby parted ways with Ludacris's label 'DTP' and now has set up his own label with EMI. I will be speaking to Bobby real soon to get the inside scoop on what's happening, keep an eye out for that.

Solange - Sandcastle Disco (Video)

While Solange's current single 'I Decided' is growing on me more and more, out comes the the video for her second single 'Sandcastle Disco' which is lifted from the new album 'Sol-Angel And The Hadley St Dreams due out August 26th (US Date) Now this track to me has a massive influence from Deee-Lite's- 'Groove Is In The Heart' i'd be suprised if they never got any inspiration from that track.

I think this track is super sick! I know a lot of people are saying he shouldn't be making this style of RnB but I think its really good that he diversifying himself and showing that he can flip his style. 'Radio' is taken from Musiq's 5th studio album 'On My Radio' which is due out in Sep.

Vintage Sunday's!

OMG its Sunday again already, feels like this week has only had 3 days not 7! Anyway on with todays old school treat. Im gonna keep it UK with a true classic track, one that we from the UK can be proud of! Its all about the legendary Loose Ends and their 1985 timeless hit 'Hangin' On A String'. In fact today I've got a double wammy for ya! I had to find this remix version of Big Daddy Kane's 'The Lover In You' (Mister Cee Remix) which uses a sample from Loose Ends 'Hangin' On A String' released back in 1995. See the Americans were sampling our tunes once upon a time!
